BIO: Italian-born Arcangelo Lonoce moved to London in 1997 and joined the online gaming industry in 2003 at one of the biggest Microgaming-powered operations of the time. He spent 7 years in VIP hosting and then moved over CRM before specialising in Casino Product Management with companies such as Game Account Network, Winga (now part of the Leovegas group) and BetVictor. He joined Habanero Systems in 2017 where he overviewed the company’s growth in Europe as Head of Business Development.

“Be yourself! Spend time studying your product and your prospect very well. Treat them like they are already your customers. It is essential to understand what value you can bring to your customer, focus all your energies on that. Make sure you are well prepared, and you know to present your product. It looks incredible, and it seems like many people ignore it, but be nice! Spend time to know your prospect; try to contact the right person that is relevant for your service.”
